Well I had a fairly nice day today... I actually managed to get about 4 hrs of sleep!! Ahhhhhh it was very nice!!!
Took the boys to see fireworks tonight... the base and local town joined together and put on the display this evening on base... It was really nice... we sat in grass together and Dilen curled up on me and Deven sat on my leg and we just oooohed and ahhhhed together... We have been talking about God alot lately as I try to guide my heathens on a more spiritual path and of course we have dealt with some death lately... SOO as we are watching the fireworks go off and commenting on our favorite colors (Deven green, Dilen blue, Mommy likes purple/blue) Dilen asked me as the most recent shot exploded and faded off if God was putting the fireworks out!! *L* It was sooo cute he would ask that and of course I was sooo unprepared for a science lesson!! I said no but he was watching them and enjoying the show.... *WHEW* another deep discussion quickly avoided as that seemed an acceptable answer to him! Overall it was a really nice turn I have to say.... Now I am looking forward to seeing more on Friday night from the other local towns...
Lots of strife abound lately and it's really not sitting well w/me but more on that later I think... For now I am gonna just try to relax and remain calm.... I will say that if anyone has a question or concern just ask me - I will gladly answer you!!!
The trip to Canada is only 7 days away and I am soooooo looking forward to a few days away from home and the computer/internet... It's gonna be a great time... Mostly just vegging at the pool and sitting around talking with the ladies!!!! Now if I could get a full list of who is actually gonna be there! *L* I hope we have a nice size group coming!!! I know of 7 ladies but I am sure there must be one or two others atleast!!! I'll have to work on finding out!
Well it's time to head over to the other puter and get my briefing paper work done for the night so I can rest - it's summer camp day tomorrow (later today) and I wanna grab a cat nap.... Til next time...
